Do you need a meeting room in the heart of Oslo city centre? With us, you will find meeting rooms in a variety of sizes and styles, from bright and airy rooms with historic details to more urban spaces with raw materials, glass walls and modern facilities.

Whether you are gathering your team for a workshop, hosting a client meeting, planning a strategy day or spending a workday away from your usual office, we have rooms suitable for both small and larger groups.

Our meeting rooms can be rented by the hour or for full days, every day of the week. The rooms are located in Sentralen’s historic building in Øvre Slottsgate, right between Kvadraturen, Karl Johan and Oslo Central Station.

All meeting rooms have a standard meeting setup and the technical equipment you need for a good meeting day, including screens, video conferencing equipment, wireless internet, flipcharts and writing materials.

You can choose between rooms with different capacities, styles and locations within the building, whether you are looking for a classic meeting room, a creative workshop space or a smaller room for focused conversations.

In our booking portal, you can easily view the calendar, available times and prices before booking. You can filter by date, time, number of participants, setup, equipment, location and room.

The first time you use the portal, you can create a new user or activate your profile by selecting “Forgot password” at checkout.

From meeting to dinner and afterwork, without leaving the building

A good meeting is about more than what happens around the table.

With us, you can make your meeting day a little more inspiring, whether you want to start the day with coffee and something light to eat, have lunch or dinner in our restaurant Hitchhiker, or round off the day with an informal afterwork on the rooftop terrace when the weather is on your side.

This makes it easy to gather your team, invite clients or plan a full day with professional content, good breaks and social conversations, without leaving the building.

We offer various meeting packages and catering options, so you can tailor the day to your needs. In the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor, you can also book our meeting room buffet, with food and drinks available throughout the meeting day.

Food and drinks for your meeting

Would you like catering for your meeting? We offer several options. The available choices vary depending on which meeting room you book.

You can choose between different meeting packages with coffee and tea, pastries, fruit and lunch, or buy food and drinks in the café and bring them up to selected meeting rooms.

For a longer break during the meeting day, you can also have lunch or dinner in our restaurant Hitchhiker.

Meeting packages must be booked in advance, so everything is ready when you arrive.

Sentralen is located in the old bank premises at Øvre Slottsgate 3. The building combines historic details with modern meeting facilities, giving your meeting day a different setting from the usual office environment.
