The room has large windows overlooking Sentralen’s staircase and the artwork Ikaroskomplekset. Wood panelling, carpeted floors and light curtains provide good acoustics.
The curtains can be drawn when you want more privacy.

The meeting room can be hired by the hour or by the day.
- Hourly rate: from NOK 1 040 excluding VAT (NOK 1 300including VAT)
- Full day rate: from NOK 6 250 excluding VAT (NOK 7 813 including VAT)
The full day rate applies to bookings of six hours or more. Meetings starting after 5:00 pm on weekdays and meetings at weekends are available at a reduced rate.
Organisations working within selected purpose areas may qualify for reduced venue hire.
Meeting package 4 - Coffee, tea, baked goods, fruit and lunch in restaurant Hitchhiker
This package includes:
Serving which is included:
- coffee, tea and water with refills throughout the day
- one serving of a fruit platter and croissants from at the start of the meeting
- a warm lunch at the restaurant HITCHHIKER (estimate an hour)
- a serving of baked goods after lunch
Available Tuesday through Friday (the restaurant is closed on Mondays).
Room rental will come in addition.

Meeting Room 300 is located on the third floor and is wheelchair accessible by lift from the main entrance. The room is located closeto the lift.
The toilets are located by the lift. An accessible toilet with a baby changing table is also available on the same floor, through the foyer and Gullhallen.

Use the main entrance in Øvre Slottsgate 3. Take the lift from the main entrance, or use the stairs in Vinterhagen, up to the third floor.

Yes, you get a reduced rental price when booking a meeting room for a meeting that starts after 17:00 on weekdays or takes place during the weekend.
Do you have a transition from HDMI cable to PC/Mac?
There are transitions from HDMI cable to other inputs on PC/Mac in all meeting rooms.
The sound and video board from PolyCom uses a USB-C cable.
Is there a whiteboard or flip chart available in the meeting room?
A combined whiteboard/flipchart with markers is standard in all meeting rooms.
If you want a larger whiteboard, please let us know at the time of booking.
Can I rent a meeting room by the hour?
Yes, you can rent meeting rooms by the hour or by the day. You choose the rental period that best suits your needs. For meetings starting after 17:00 on weekdays, or for meetings held during weekends, we offer reduced rental rates.

Yes, we can send an invoice for meeting room rentals to private individuals.
To issue the invoice, we need your name, address, email address, and phone number.
Do you have video conferencing equipment/microphone and camera in the meeting rooms?
Yes, all our meeting rooms have equipment for video conferencing/microphone and camera.
The equipment is a combined sound and picture board with microphone and camera that you connect to your computer with a USB-C cable.

Can I pay for a meeting room rental by credit or debit card?
Yes, you can pay for your meeting room rental by credit or debit card.
Please let us know when booking that you would like to pay by card. To process the payment, we need your name, address, email address, and phone number.
Can I hang something on the walls of the meeting room?
Yes, but only with masking tape that does not damage the walls.
Contact the reception or event hosts for help finding the right tape.
Can I set up the room before my meeting?
You have access to the room from the time you booked the room and not before.
If you need to set up the room, or prepare before the meeting, you will need to extend your meeting room booking.
Is there coffee/tea/water ready in the room when I arrive?
If you have pre-ordered one of our meeting packages, it will be ready in the meeting room at the agreed time.
Meeting packages are available for groups of five or more and can be arranged when booking your meeting room.
Alternatively, you can purchase items from the café upon arrival and bring them to the meeting room.

Sentralen is a versatile event house in Kvadraturen in central Oslo. The house consists of two buildings that were originally the head office of Christiania Sparebank. On six floors of historic premises, we rent out event rooms, production rooms and meeting rooms for all purposes.
Sentralen is owned by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB. Sentralen will contribute to supporting the Sparebank Foundation's vision to trigger good forces, through events and favourable rental prices for tenants that fit under the purposes of cultural production and social innovation.
