Meeting room 204 are located on the second floor, with windows facing into the foyer and out to the street below. In the foyer outside is our new meeting room buffet, which is a standard part of all meeting room bookings on this floor.
Meeting room 204 has a capacity for 9 people.
Meeting rooms on this floor have exposed brick walls, spacious seating benches in the windows, dark-stained wood panelling on the walls and glass walls out to the foyer. You can draw a curtain in front of this if you want more privacy.
In the meeting rooms on the second floor hang photographs of the instrument collection of Dextra Musica, taken by photographer Tom Sandberg. The light domes are specially made by Magnor Glassverk for Sentralen.
Meeting participants are within a short distance of the Hitchhiker restaurant, the café and Vinterhagen.

The meeting room can be rented by the day, or by the hour.
Hourly rate: From 600, - ex VAT.
All-day rate: From 3650, - ex VAT. The price is valid for rentals starting at six hours.
Meetings that start after 17:00 on weekdays, as well as meetings on Saturdays and Sundays, receive reduced rent.
We offer separate, lower rates for tenants who work within Sparebankstiftelsen DNB’s four focus areas, or who are engaged in cultural production or social innovation.
Catering
This is our new buffet concept in the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor
In meeting room 204, you must also book our new meeting room buffet, in addition to the meeting room hire.
Keep your energy up throughout the meeting day with our new buffet concept, which is a mandatory addition to all meeting room bookings on the 2nd floor.
The buffet will be centrally located in the foyer just outside the meeting rooms and will consist of a varied selection of food throughout the meeting day.
The buffet will be available from 08:00 to 10:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. Coffee, tea, whole fruit, nuts and flavored water, will be available all day until 6pm.
Included in the buffet is also today's hot lunch, which will be served from 11:00 in our restaurant, Hitchhiker. We recommend allowing one hour for lunch.
The contents of the buffet will vary
Do you often rent meeting rooms withus? The new meeting room buffet will vary from day to day. At the start of the day, it will consist of light, savory breakfast dishes such as, for example, bagels, mini quiches and smoothie shots. After lunch, the buffet will consist of sweet baked goods, such as , for example, macaroons, cakes, donuts and buns.

The nearest HC toilet is located on floor 1+ in Vinterhagen, which is accessible via the elevator. This toilet also has a changing table.

Can I bring my own catering?
No, it is not allowed to bring catering from external companies. You can buy meeting packages that include catering, or buy items in Sentralen Cafe and bring to your meeting room.
Is it possible to rent meeting rooms by the hour?
Yes, you can rent meeting rooms by the hour or by the day. You decide for yourself how long you want to rent the meeting room.
If you rent a meeting room for a meeting that starts after 17:00 on a weekday, or a meeting room during the weekend, you pay a reduced price.
Is there coffee/tea/water ready in the room when I arrive?
If you have pre-ordered one of our meeting packages, it will be ready in the meeting room at the agreed time. Meeting packages are available for groups of five or more and can be arranged when booking your meeting room. Alternatively, you can purchase items from the café upon arrival and bring them to the meeting room.
Can I set up the room before my meeting?
You have access to the room from the time you booked the room and not before. If you need to set up the room, or prepare before the meeting, you will need to extend your meeting room booking.
Do you have a transition from HDMI cable to PC/Mac?
There are transitions from HDMI cable to other inputs on PC/Mac in all meeting rooms. The sound and video board from PolyCom uses a USB-C cable.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the meeting rooms?
Yes, there is free wireless internet throughout the building.

Can I hang something on the walls of the meeting room?
Yes, you can, but only with masking tape that does not damage the walls. Contact the reception or event hosts for help finding the right tape.
Can I pay for the rental of the meeting room with a credit or debit card?
Yes, you can pay for the rental of the meeting room by credit or debit card. Please let us know that you would like to pay by card when booking the room. We need your name, address, email address and phone number.
Is the meeting room unlocked when I arrive at Sentralen?
All meeting rooms are locked until you have registered your arrival. Please check in at the reception when you arrive so we can unlock the room and show you the way to your meeting room.
Is there a whiteboard or flip chart available in the meeting room?
A combined whiteboard/flipchart with markers is standard in all meeting rooms. If you want a larger whiteboard, please let us know at the time of booking.
Do you send an invoice for renting meeting rooms to private individuals?
Yes, we send an invoice for renting meeting rooms to private individuals. We need your name, address, email address and phone number to send the invoice.
Do you have video conferencing equipment/microphone and camera in the meeting rooms?
Yes, all our meeting rooms have equipment for video conferencing/microphone and camera. The equipment is a combined sound and picture board with microphone and camera that you connect to your computer with a USB-C cable.

Sentralen is a versatile event house in Kvadraturen in central Oslo. The house consists of two buildings that were originally the head office of Christiania Sparebank. On six floors of historic premises, we rent out event rooms, production rooms and meeting rooms for all purposes.
Sentralen is owned by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB. Sentralen will contribute to supporting the Sparebank Foundation's vision to trigger good forces, through events and favourable rental prices for tenants that fit under the purposes of cultural production and social innovation.
