About the event
In this concert, Safaa Al-Saadi shares stories from his childhood in Iraq, filled with play, imagination, music, and song — as well as tales of his secret friend, the bird Bolbol!
Arabic music, games, and children’s culture are presented with warmth and humor, and the audience is invited to join in through singing, movement, and rhythm.

Summer at Sentralen
Every Saturday and Sunday, from Saturday, June 20th to August 16th, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, the area outside our building in Øvre Slottsgate is transformed into a creative and inclusive gathering place filled with play, exploration, and great experiences.
Every weekend, we offer free entertainment for children, with varied experiences from different organizers. From concerts and theater to clowns, storytelling, and musical adventures, there will be something new to experience every weekend.
In case of bad weather, activities will be moved indoors.
