About the event
Three mysterious beings appear out of nowhere, seemingly searching for something… These are the “Astrals,” who have traveled all the way from outer space to Earth in search of musical talent! They love music — especially when it is unusual, disharmonious, and different. Will the Astrals find what they are looking for?
This non-verbal performance is an interactive exploration created together with the children, making it suitable for anyone who wants to join in. At its core, the performance is about embracing uniqueness and daring to express yourself freely. Free play takes center stage.
Since much of the performance is based on improvisation with the audience and children, the duration varies between 20–40 minutes.
Summer at Sentralen
Every Saturday and Sunday, from Saturday, June 20th to August 16th, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, the area outside our building in Øvre Slottsgate is transformed into a creative and inclusive gathering place filled with play, exploration, and wonderful experiences.
Every weekend day, we offer free entertainment for children, with varied experiences from different organizers. From concerts and theater to clowns, storytelling, and musical adventures, there will be something new to experience every weekend.
In case of bad weather, activities will be moved indoors to our premises.
