The National Museum – Architecture is open from Tuesday–Sunday between 08:00 to 18:00.

The museum is open to visitors from Tuesday–Sunday between 10:00–17:00.

Verdens Kuleste Dag er en gratis aktivitetsdag for barn og unge på Akershus Festning i slutten av august.

Over 35 ulike aktiviteter settes opp rundt omkring på Akershus Festning og barn og unge kan leke, spille, prøve og lære av ulike organisasjoner som bidrar med hver sin aktivitet.

Det er Sparebankstiftelsen DnB og oss på Sentralen som arrangerer Verdens Kuleste Dag.

Verdens Kuleste Dag 2026 foregår lørdag 29. august kl. 11:00-16:00.

Det er oss på Sentralen og Sparebankstiftelsen DnB som arrangerer Verdens Kuleste Dag i samarbeid med SAKK på Akershus Festning.

Aktivitetsdagen Verdens Kuleste Dag foregår på Akershus Festning i Oslo.

På Verdens Kuleste Dag kan du ta med hele familen og det er mulighet for å ta med medbrakt mat eller kjøpe mat på Festningen.

Strollers are warmly welcome at Sentralen, but be careful not to block emergency exits and access to others. Feel free to ask us if we know a good place to place the stroller and we will help you!

Some events have a staffed cloakroom in the basement. Other events have wardrobe racks placed in the hall, where you can hang your things at your own risk.

Tickets can be purchased via program calendar on our website, or at the reception during Sentralen's opening hours.

We do not refund the purchase of a ticket, unless the event has been cancelled. If you have any questions please get in touch at post@sentralen.no. NOTE: Ticket fee is non-refundable.

Yes, we have companion scheme. Anyone with a companion certificate can get a free companion ticket to events held here. You can get a companion ticket by sending an email to post@sentralen.no.

There is both a restaurant, a café an aroof top terrace at Sentralen.

Some venues have adjoining bars, which may be open during certain events.
